1. Exchange Policy
- Standard Exchange: You may request an exchange if the product is in its original, sealed condition (plastic wrap intact). A shipping fee of 60 EGP will apply.
- Manufacturing Defects: In the event of a leak or a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you (we cover all shipping fees).
2. Return Policy
We provide complimentary samples with every order so you can test the fragrance before opening the full-sized bottle:
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the perfume remains in its original, factory-sealed condition (unopened cellophane).
- Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and return label costs. Only the product value will be refunded.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned shipment.
Non-Returnable Cases:
- If the return request is submitted more than 3 days after the delivery date.
- If the plastic seal (cellophane) has been removed or the original packaging has been opened.
- If the product or its external packaging is damaged.
- Repeat Orders: Returns are not permitted if the customer has previously ordered the same fragrance and tested the samples in a prior order. Samples are intended for first-time testing
