Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date the customer receives the order, provided that:
- The fragrance remains in its original condition.
- The product is unopened, unused, and securely sealed.
- The original packaging is complete, intact, and undamaged.
Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
The customer is responsible only for all shipping costs in both directions associated with the return or exchange.
All orders are packaged carefully and securely. In accordance with the shipping company’s policy, packages cannot be opened before delivery is completed.
Damaged or Leaking Bottles
If you receive a broken or leaking bottle, please report it to our customer support team within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام العميل للطلب، بشرط:
- أن يكون العطر بحالته الأصلية.
- أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح، وغير مستخدم، ومغلقًا بإحكام.
- أن تكون العبوة الأصلية كاملة وسليمة وغير تالفة.
المنتجات المفتوحة غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، وذلك وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري.
يتحمل العميل وحده تكلفة الشحن في الاتجاهين المتعلقة بعملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
جميع الطلبات يتم تغليفها بعناية وأمان. ووفقًا لسياسة شركة الشحن، لا يمكن فتح الطرود قبل إتمام عملية التسليم.
حالات التلف أو التسريب
في حال استلام زجاجة مكسورة أو بها تسريب، يُرجى إبلاغ فريق خدمة العملاء خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام للحصول على استبدال أو استرداد.
